When I was offered the chance to review Wholesale Halloween Costumes, the first thing I needed to do, as a Plus-sized gal, was check out and see what they had to offer for my size, and I was not disappointed at all! I had a lot of fun checking out all the different styles and themes they offer costumes in, for ALL shapes and sizes~
Aren’t these colorful lil chicks so cute? And soft and fuzzy!
Have you heard of Bumma’s Baby Wipes? They say necessity is the mother of invention, so the mom that created these made the first Bummas out of necessity! She did not like the wetness left on her son’s behind when changing his diaper so she first started using there to dry off his bumm after being cleaned so he was less likely to get a diaper rash, as powder can cake up, and also the ingredients are questionable to health! She also used one to cover her son while changing him, not to get wet on by surprise! All of you with boys have probably learned the hard way to keep it covered LOL! The Bummas were also used wet to cleanse his behind, keeping chemicals off his skin and keep his skin nice and healthy.
Well, I do not have any little ones with diapers but I contacted the owner and let her know that but I still wanted to review these cloths! I knew I could use these for a lot of things myself.

I am honored to share with you this child’s DVD, Playful Planet Storyland Yoga, that has been designed for children ages 3-8. What a good time to teach your child yoga and the breathing techniques. This is just awesome to see the children on the video enjoying the yoga and along with the yoga, they are being told a story and learning from the story at the same time. This is a brilliant concept and I could have used this when my kids were little. They were a bit obnoxious at times, OK almost all the time, as I was a working single Mom and my kids were brats!
Back to the DVD. There are several stories to choose from when you turn the Dvd on so your child gets a different lesson everytime, of of they develop a favorite, they will remember what lessons were learned and still get some Yoga on. All that you need is this DVD and possibly a Yoga Matt for them, and you if you are going to join along.
Now for my confession, head hanging down, face red with embarressment……. I need to practice my breathing, deep Joan deep and release nice and slow….. OK, here I go everyone, I got this childs DVD to use myself. With my Lupus and Fibromyalgia I really need some chair yoga and when I found a place locally that said they do chair yoga, they didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. So, I popped this DVD in and took my chances and wow, it was good for me! It helped give me ideas for yoga at home and has helped me so much. So, sometimes when things have an age limit, you may have to look at it closer! This was perfect for me. I love it, so I guess I am a big kid.
Spend some time looking on the Playful Planet website for kids. They have an area that teaches than about being green! Then there is an area that is there to refer you to different sites and places to learn many lessons for your kids, called the Tool Chest that is also great. AND I would be amiss if I did not note that The Playful Planet had donated funds to helping keep the planet healthy.
I would like to thank the Playful Planet for the DVD to review and also offer a giveaway for my followers! Check this out!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I would LOVE to take this opportunity to introduce you to an awesome business, All USA Clothing ! This company strickly sells only American made items. Now-a-days with the economy the way it is, I think it is important to buy American made as much as possible! We should support our brothers so that money stays in the hands of an American Business and not to a company that gets cheap labor sewing clothers overseas, in crowded, hot & miserable buildings, and the workers may make the equivalent of $5 U.S. dollars a week.
Personally, when I compare something American made and lets say something Made in ***, the quality of the sewing and fabric is so so much better than the same item made overseas. I thoroughly went over the one you can my cranky husband wearing~It was perfect. Starting with the material, it is nice and soft and so nice for a windbreaker. I went over it and all the seams are perfect and the pockets strong on front and side. Also the hood is nice with a good length tie so you don’t lose one end inside the hood. That is so irritating. As an FYI for the giveaway, this goes up to a 5X! Per the website the wind breaker is:
- 100% Rip-stop nylon
- Elastic hemmed sleeves
- Folds into pocket/pouch
- UNION Made in USA
I was thrilled when I was asked to do this review because this is something I feel very strongly about! I look at tags in the BIG retailers and just about everything I find is not made in the U.S. and is inexpensive to buy but you get what you pay for! Thin fabric, poor seams and hems and it is maddening to wear something once and either have to take it back or sew it to fix it. Argh, I HATE HATE HATE that, LOL. Glad I got that out!
I highly recommend that you look through All USA Clothing and see what you like. It is the perfect site to shop for the Holidays! MADE IN THE USA is the way to go!!! Believe 🙂
I want to thank All USA Clothing for the opportunity to do this review and giveaway to my followers. I appreciate it immensely!
I was given this windbreaker by All Usa clothing. I was not under any obligations to write about this, and all opinions and thoughts belong solely to me, Joan Penfold. Read the rest of this entry
