Guest Review from Elise Webb for Everclear Concert at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa

Thursday night I had the opportunity to head to the Hard Rock Tampa ,for the second time, to see the band Everclear. I have to say I had a blast. Parking was fairly easy as they have two parking garages as well as fairly inexpensive valet parking.  Once parked I followed the signs and found my way to Hard Rock Café without issues.

Once inside, there was plenty of room to travel about and yes even a few bars for your drinking needs. I passed on the alcohol this time as I was driving. The show started promptly on time and was definitely not a disappointment. The band played all of their hits including, Santa Monica, Father of Mine, I will Buy you a New Life, and Wonderful. One of the more touching moments was when he played a song he wrote for his 19 year old daughter called “Brown Eyed Girl”, hard to believe he has a 19 year old daughter as he looks great for his age. Along with their hits the did a few covers including one from Led Zepplin where they had a fan from the crowd come on stage and sing with them as well as 2 more during another one of their songs.

After the show Art and Dave from Everclear even made their way to the merch table to meet with all their fans, sign autographs, and even take photos. They were pleasant and nice to talk to. The Hard Rock kept everything in order making it a pleasant experience. The best thing about it is it was a 21 and older show.

After all was done at the Cafe, I joined Crystal, one of my Mom’s blogger friends and we took a walk around the Casino. Besides all the gaming tables and slots there were several restaurants to eat at, including a Sushi bar, a Steak House a food court with different selections for all!

So I had a really fun time at the Hard Rock Cafe and the Casino! Check them out for a good evening of fun. You wont be disappointed!
